- To give young people in rural areas the chance to work for themselves for a living, especially those who have trained as AITs or paraveterinaryists, since this would ensure their long-term financial security and better quality of life. This is being accomplished by upgrading ND animals, expanding the use of suitable cross-breeding technology, and making optimal use of native animal breeds.
- To employ dedicated, trained, unemployed rural AITs and para veterinarians to provide economical animal husbandry and veterinary services at the doorsteps of farmers while also providing them with long-term work.
- To increase the milk production rate of farms by making the participating farmers effectively increase their income through the sale of excess milk, while also attempting to reduce infant mortality and malnutrition through the surplus milk produced by high-yielding cows and buffaloes, particularly when malnutrition is present.
Goals and ObjectivesThe primary goal of our company is to use qualified AITs and para veterinarians to establish a doorstep support system for farmers in the agriculture and animal husbandry sectors. With the help of frozen semen from highly pedigreed indigenous and exotic bulls, these para vets operate a program aimed at upgrading the low-yielding native cows and buffalo in the area. This helps to maintain Indian breeds and boost milk output in the country.We work with the objective to make it a habit for every farmer to always have at least two milking cows at their doorstep so that we can have significant influence over farmers' attempts to commit suicide when there is a drought since they have some means of earnings.
